TECH@Schneider has come a long way since we began our DevOps journey. We developed a great vision, leveraged automation, worked in lean ways, and removed silos by placing value on collaboration and continuous learning.
But were we truly DevOps?
As we continue to mature in our DevOps transformation, we realized the journey is what is important, not the destination. Join me, Amanda Mae Heintz, Release Automation and DevOps Manager, as I walk you through TECH@Schneiders DevOps transformation, where I will reflect upon our approach to DevOps as a large Enterprise and share insights on what we have learned, challenges we faced, and how we aim to continuously improve, grow and mature as we move forward.
