Join Southcentral Region for Thriving Through Transformation, an inspiring morning panel featuring women leaders in IT as they share what transformation truly looks like in today’s business landscape. After time to connect over food and networking and a brief introduction to WIT, our panelists will dive into their career journeys, how they found their paths in technology, and what women’s leadership in IT looks like at different levels. The conversation will explore what it means to be the only woman in the room, how to create opportunities in tech, and how leaders can actively change the rooms around them to build more inclusive, impactful organizations. The session will conclude with audience Q&A and closing reflections, leaving attendees with practical insights, a fresh perspective, and meaningful connections to support their own growth in technology.
