This session is appropriate for leaders or any team member.
Tony Wickham has 30+ years business and industrial experience with Kimberly-Clark and Weyerhaeuser, and as an external consultant driving extraordinary and sustainable results. He excels in Organizational, Team, and Individual Performance improvement. Tony helps organizations assess performance gaps, then develop and implement practical and actionable solutions. His deep knowledge of Change Management enables him to incorporate effective techniques that bring people through the change journey to the point where they own the new solution. He has a unique approach to business process redesign initiatives that results in aligned organization structures, metrics, and clear individual job roles.
Tony’s extensive experience has prepared him to work on improvement initiatives in a wide range of areas: strategy development and alignment, organization effectiveness, team effectiveness, change management, business process design, performance management and development, and leadership development and coaching. He has held individual contributor and leadership positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Human Resources. Tony received his B.S. in Engineering from Southern Illinois University
