Program Experience
Participants engage in a structured 8-week journey that includes:

- Attend a WiT event (Sip n Sync, Campus Pop up, etc.)

Program Structure
- Duration: 8 weeks (Fall cohort)
- Format: 1:1 mentorship + WiT events; in person and virtual
- Cohort Size: 15–20 mentees
- Mentors: WiT members and industry professionals
