Alison Heiser, principal of Alison Heiser Associates, partners with CEOs and their executive teams using design thinking to step-change innovation and envision new business models. After an extensive career as a senior marketing executive, Alison launched AHA with a small group of clients to bring marketing and strategy expertise to mid-cap and privately held companies. Today the business has expanded to serve leaders in Fortune 1000 and non-profit organizations, and maintains strong relationships with her original clients. In 2014 she was invited to join the Kellogg Innovation Network, and is an active member of the KIN community.
