Is innovation a priority for your organization? Are your people and teams being asked to be creative problem-solvers? If so, you’re in good company, but the question is “how”?
Join us for a hands-on learning experience with Alison Heiser as an introduction to design thinking. One of the top ten human capital trends of 2016, design thinking is a deeply human process that taps into abilities we all have but get overlooked by more conventional problem-solving practices. You’ll be exposed to principles developed by the d-school at Stanford, with insights from Alison’s extensive work with clients using design thinking to fuel innovation and growth.
Alison Heiser, principal of Alison Heiser Associates, partners with CEOs and their executive teams using design thinking to step-change innovation and envision new business models. After an extensive career as a senior marketing executive, Alison launched AHA with a small group of clients to bring marketing and strategy expertise to mid-cap and privately held companies. Today the business has expanded to serve leaders in Fortune 1000 and non-profit organizations, and maintains strong relationships with her original clients. In 2014 she was invited to join the Kellogg Innovation Network, and is an active member of the KIN community.
