Photography Usage and Licensing Agreement

• By photographing an event or activity for Women in Technology Wisconsin (“WiT Wisconsin”), the photographer grants WiT Wisconsin a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and share the photographs in any format or medium.
• WiT Wisconsin may use the photographs for marketing, communications, social media, websites, publications, fundraising, sponsorship, public relations, and other organizational purposes. WiT Wisconsin may also provide or authorize the use of the photographs by its sponsors, partners, members, media contacts, vendors, and other third parties in connection with WiT Wisconsin or its activities.
• No additional permission, payment, or photographer attribution will be required unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The photographer retains ownership of the original photographs.

By photographing a WiT Wisconsin event or activity, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above.
