Typically co-location is a key tenant to agile work groups, but that is no longer an option for many teams. Join our panel of agile experts and practitioners for a discussion on their experiences and strategies to adjusting to agile in a virtual world.

Event panelists:

Christy ClementChristy is the Co-Founder of Velocity Made Good, an agile coaching and training consultancy. She has been working with organizations on their agile journeys for over a decade. She's passionate about creating healthy, collaborative cultures in which teams, leaders and business partners can build products their customers will love. In her free time, Christy is a sailor, hiker and is addicted to traveling (in non-pandemic times).

Elizabeth (Libby) Shea is a 2016 graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering with a BS in Software Engineering. In 2015 she joined Baird as a college intern and converted to a full-time employee after graduation. Libby has been working on agile teams and projects for about seven years. Continuous learning and evolving is an active part of her life, both at work and at home. In her free time, Libby enjoys crocheting and attending/planning conventions.

Jason Kolpack is the E-Commerce Technology Manager at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. where he manages a team of internal developers as well as relationships with external development partners. Prior to his role at J. J. Keller, he spent 13 years with a large financial technology firm in the Milwaukee area where he help a number of roles, from intern to lead developer and scrum master, including two years leading a remote team.

Event moderator is Jennifer Anderson, is a Senior Advisor at FarWell and Owner of  Resilience Yoga Therapy. Jennifer is a Change Agility Coach with extensive experience guiding leaders and teams through complex change. Jen's intentional approach helps leaders to understand their strengths, develop growth mindsets, promote transparency and responsiveness, and cultivate relationships that inspire positive organizational change and elevate culture as a strategic imperative. Jennifer is a Level 1 Certified Scrum Master, Prosci Certified ChangePractitioner, Certified Yoga Therapist and long- time meditation teacher.
