About our Speakers:

Maggie Fernandez

Maggie is a Software Engineer at MacGregor Partners. After 10 years in the retail industry, she decided to make a career change into tech. 

Based on her journey back to school and starting over in a new industry, she has become passionate about creating safe spaces for others who are looking to make the same transition.

She supports this passion with her work as the Program Director of We Pivot Milwaukee.

Elaine Stephens

Elaine, leads the customer engineering team for Wisconsin.  She is responsible for driving the success of Google Cloud by bringing the best people and solutions to Wisconsin  customers. She  has over 25 years of experience specializing in software development, data warehousing, and data science,

Elaine enjoys being involved in the community. She serves on the board of both Women in Technology Wisconsin and Wisconsin’s MIT Alumni club.  She has been a frequent guest lecturer at both UW Oshkosh and St. Norbert College talking to the students about AI and other disruptive technologies.  One of her  favorite ways to give back is judging student technology pitch contests such as Wisconsin YES! and Technovation for Girls

Kate Campbell

Kate is a member of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity and Technology & Digital Business practice groups. She holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/US (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Kate’s practice focuses on advising clients in a wide array of matters related to cybersecurity and data privacy. She counsels clients on compliance with state, federal and international privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (EU) (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the New York Department of Financial Services Cybersecurity Regulation. Kate assists her clients with establishing data privacy programs, information security programs, information handling, incident response plans, and subsidiary information technology and security standards and policies. Her work also includes data breach prevention and data breach response and remediation. Kate also supports clients through litigation related to cybersecurity and data privacy.

Diana Rivera

Diana is an IT Manager of Agile Enablement at FedEx Services leading a team of Agile Coaches.  She is a SAFe Program Consultant through Scaled Agile, Inc., and has obtained a Master’s in Business Administration from Concordia University.  Diana started her career as a Software Engineer 20 years ago and performed several lead roles within the Financial and Banking Industry in software project management and continuous improvement. Today, Diana continues to enable and empower others to implement Lean Portfolio Management, Agile Product Delivery and DevOps practices to achieve business and organizational agility within Supply Chain Management.
