About the expert:
Theresa is the Associate Vice President of Data Management, Enterprise Data & Analytics, at Travelers. She leads the organization in maturing Data Management practices, including Data Governance, Data Protection, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Reference Data Management. Additionally, she leads the Data Culture movement and capabilities to ensure acceptable usage and sharing of information across the place. Theresa has focused the majority of her career in all aspects of Business Intelligence and Information Management, partnering significantly with both business and technology professionals. She has been an active member of the Insurance Data Management Association (IDMA), having been elected to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors since 2018 and most recently as the President of the association with her tenure starting in May 2022.
