Description: Few of the decisions we make, problems we solve and projects we run fall neatly in our individual area of expertise in responsibility.  When our work stretches across the organization, we turn to influence and when we influence, we are set up for success when we are influencing in the context of a partnership.

This session will build awareness and skill in: Assessing partnerships; balancing flexibility to increase influence and framing your message for impact.
