Dana Otto, MSOD, is an innovative, people-focused change management expert.  She specializes in leading behavioral change and driving business transformation and has expertise in start-ups, legacy organizations, healthcare, insurance, and technology environments. 

Passionate doesn't even begin to describe Dana's love for change management; it's more like an obsession for her. Throughout her professional career, she has been dedicated to helping people find fulfillment and satisfaction at work. Her approach centers around inspiring open dialogue and cultivating cross-functional stakeholder engagement, alignment, and buy-in.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dana is a true Wisconsin native, always up for a challenging game of euchre. In the chilly Northern Wisconsin winters, you'll find her bundled up and enjoying snowmobiling, all while spending time with her two young adult daughters.
