Speaker Bio:

Lori Videkovich is a Senior Director of Digital Engineering at Generac Power Systems and is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Known for building and guiding high-performing global teams, Lori excels at delivering measurable value by aligning technology solutions with business goals. She has a proven track record of partnering closely with stakeholders to implement process improvements, drive operational efficiency, and lead successful automation initiatives across complex organizations and systems. Her leadership style blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, making her a trusted collaborator and catalyst for innovation.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lori is an advocate for women's successful careers and supports their goals. She serves as a board member for Women in Technology (WIT) in Wisconsin, focusing on the WITonCampus program, which mentors and supports students interested in the technology field.  She also is on a member of the advisory committee for the UWM Women’s Annual Conference in Milwaukee.

Additionally, Lori co-owns a 9Round Kickboxing fitness gym and enjoys an active lifestyle with her family, friends, and two dogs.

Lori's dedication to her field and her commitment to empowering others make her a respected leader and mentor in the technology community.
