Event Details:

Join Women in Technology Wisconsin for an inspiring evening of connection, learning, and impact at our South Central Signature Event, Resilience by Design: Using Attitude to Thrive in Fast-Changing Tech Environments.

In today's technology landscape, constant change, evolving priorities, emerging technologies, and increasing demands can either deplete our energy or become opportunities for growth. Keynote speaker Kim Skanson will explore how resilience is not something we simply hope to have when challenges arise, but something we intentionally build through our mindset, choices, and daily leadership practices.

Drawing on lessons from her executive leadership journey and her book, Attitude Advantage, Kim will share practical approaches for leading through change, staying grounded during uncertainty, embracing vulnerability, and sustaining motivation without chasing perfection. Attendees will leave with actionable insights they can immediately apply in both their professional and personal lives.

This Signature Event is designed to create a dynamic and engaging experience that brings together meaningful networking, sponsor engagement, thought leadership, and community impact. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit sponsor tables, connect with peers across the technology community, and participate in a silent auction.

Every silent auction bid will help Women in Technology Wisconsin expand its impact by supporting our statewide Summit on April 14, 2027, creating more Bytes & Bites events, and advancing our mission to attract, grow, and retain women and girls in technology. Funds raised will also help us build a sustainable foundation for continued growth and begin investing in dedicated staff who can bring our mission to life on an even greater scale.

The first 25 attendees to register will receive a copy of Kim Skanson's book, Attitude Advantage.
