AI in Motion is back, and this time we're putting the spotlight on the people side of AI.
Join Women in Technology Wisconsin's Southeast chapter for a morning of real talk, hands-on learning, and great conversation at UW-Parkside over Breakfast. We'll hear from leaders who are guiding their teams through AI-driven change, dig into what happens when AI gets it wrong (and how to make it right), and spend an hour building the human skills that technology can't replace.
Whether you're leading an AI rollout, just starting to experiment, or trying to figure out where you fit in all of it, you'll leave with practical ideas, new connections, and a fresh way to think about working alongside AI.

About the Speakers
Golbon Hagan is a technology and strategy leader with more than 12 years of experience driving digital transformation, product innovation, and enterprise technology initiatives. She currently serves as Director of IT Strategy & Business Alignment at EXSIF, where she focuses on aligning technology investments with business priorities, advancing AI adoption, strengthening data and analytics capabilities, and improving how technology delivers measurable value across the organization.
Prior to EXSIF, Golbon held technology and product leadership roles at McDonald’s and Northwestern Mutual, leading cross-functional initiatives across digital platforms, product development, engineering, and global technology deployment.
Beyond her corporate work, Golbon has served as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and is involved in the Wisconsin AI Leaders Network and the WCTC AI Data Specialist Advisory Committee. She is passionate about digital transformation, developing future technology leaders, and helping organizations successfully navigate the intersection of people, processes, and technology.
Eva Barbara Bongard is the founder of TWIL World and a global business strategist and advisor who helps organizations grow across markets and cultures while navigating the growing impact of AI on business and leadership. With more than 28 years of international business experience, she brings a deeply human perspective to technology, focusing on the capabilities AI cannot replace, including emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence, critical thinking, adaptability, and strategic intuition. Through her work, Eva helps leaders and organizations combine human intelligence with artificial intelligence to build stronger relationships, make better decisions, and grow with greater awareness and purpose.
Alison Gorney is a change management leader passionate about helping people thrive through technology-driven transformation. As a Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management at Molson Coors, she partners with business and technology leaders to bridge the gap between systems, processes, and people, ensuring lasting adoption and business value from major technology initiatives.
